KDC leverages cutting-edge automation and data technologies to support key functions across the firm. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our CRM/IBS Helpdesk team, supporting CRM and IBS system operations.

As a CRM/IBS Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in system management, user support, and process optimization within a dynamic professional services environment. CRM systems play a vital role in client engagement, while IBS systems support internal operations such as finance and human resources, providing deeper insight into KPMG Vietnam and Cambodia's business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for daily operations, including scheduling meetings, booking rooms, and coordinating virtual calls.
  • Assist in handling user inquiries and resolving basic issues related to CRM and IBS systems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor system usage and performance and help identify and report common user challenges.
  • Support users by guiding them through basic system functions and features to ensure effective interaction with CRM and IBS platforms.
  • Help maintain data accuracy through regular input/output checks and assist with periodic data cleansing activities.
  • Assist in managing user access rights, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Participate in system-related tasks such as testing, configuration, and documentation under supervision.
  • Collaborate with team members on projects related to system enhancements or updates.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the team or management.

Core Skills (Intern level)

·      Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

·      Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

·      Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

·      Good organizational and time management abilities.

·      Detail-oriented with a proactive and responsible attitude.

·      Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

·      Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions effectively.

·      Interest in CRM, IBS systems, business operations, or data management is a plus.
