Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm một nhân sự chủ chốt có thể toàn quyền phụ trách back-office và vận hành studio, đảm bảo một nền tảng hỗ trợ vững chắc để Founder và các nhóm sáng tạo tập trung phát triển sản phẩm và tăng trưởng kinh doanh.
Trách nhiệm chính
Tài chính & Kế toán:
Quản lý ngân sách, thu chi, dòng tiền; lập báo cáo quản trị định kỳ.
Theo dõi hợp đồng, thanh toán, phối hợp kiểm toán/thuế.
Đề xuất giải pháp tối ưu chi phí và quản lý tài chính minh bạch.
HR & Quản trị nhân sự:
Xây dựng & vận hành quy trình HR (tuyển dụng, hợp đồng, lương thưởng, phúc lợi, onboarding/offboarding).
Đồng hành cùng Founder trong việc phát triển văn hóa & chính sách cho studio.
Làm việc như HRBP nội bộ cầu nối giữa Founder và team.
Operations & Studio Management:
Quản lý & điều phối công việc giữa các đội nhóm remote.
Quản lý tài liệu, công cụ làm việc online, lịch họp, deadline.
Đảm bảo compliance pháp lý và hành chính cho công ty.
Làm việc tại văn phòng khi cần thiết: tiếp khách, quản lý văn phòng, đại diện studio trong các công việc đối ngoại hành chính.
Trợ lý điều hành:
Hỗ trợ Founder trong công việc hằng ngày, báo cáo trực tiếp và giải quyết các phát sinh nhanh chóng.
Chủ động tìm giải pháp, thay vì chỉ chờ giao việc.
Required skills and experiences
- Tối thiểu 4 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vai trò Operations/Back-office/HR/Finance/Office Manager hoặc tương tự.
- Tư duy quản lý, có khả năng vận hành nhiều mảng công việc cùng lúc.
- Thành thạo Google Workspace, MISA, hoặc các công cụ tương tự.
- Am hiểu kế toán pháp lý quản trị nhân sự trong môi trường corporate chuyên nghiệp.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề tốt, khéo léo và giữ uy tín trong mọi tình huống.
- Có thể làm việc độc lập, chịu trách nhiệm lớn, tự tin đảm nhận mọi việc back-office.
Preferred skills and experiences
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt là một lợi thế.
