About the Role

We're looking for a talented Creative Designer to join Vero Agency on a 2-month full-time contract. You'll work alongside our creative team to bring bold ideas to life across various client projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Lead and Junior Art Director to define project scope, requirements, and creative direction
  • Design compelling visual communications including social media content, brochures, posters, presentations, and marketing collaterals
  • Create brand-aligned multimedia content using various design elements, ensuring visual consistency and impact
  • Develop design concepts from initial sketches to polished digital executions
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including account managers, strategists, and senior creatives to ensure designs meet project objectives
  • Iterate based on feedback from internal teams and clients, refining designs to exceed expectations
  • Support pitch development by contributing creative concepts and presentation materials

Requirements

  • Portfolio showcasing diverse design work (especially social media, branding, and marketing materials)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese; English is a plus
  • Available immediately for a 2-month full-time commitment
