1. Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Creative Designer based in Vietnam to collaborate with our North American Marketing Team.

In this role, you will conceptualize and produce high-quality, on-brand creative assets across digital, print, web, and performance marketing channels — from ideation to final delivery. You'll work closely with the Growth and Marketing teams to craft performance-oriented visuals, video content, and cohesive brand experiences that drive engagement, reach, and ROI.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Growth and Performance Marketing teams to develop impactful concepts for paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Connected TV (CTV).
• Review creative performance data with the Senior Performance Manager to optimize designs, boost engagement, and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC).
• Create assets for ads, landing pages, emails, websites, social media, events, and product packaging.
• Design high-quality, visually engaging materials across various channels — from concept to completion — using industry-standard tools.
• Partner with the Canadian marketing team to ensure all creative work is visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for performance.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, marketing tools, and social media best practices to maintain brand consistency.
• Design and support marketing and product email campaigns for both customers and prospects.
• Contribute to maintaining a consistent and cohesive brand identity across all visual touchpoints.
• Edit and adapt video content for platforms such as social media, CTV, and OOH advertising.
• Explore and leverage AI tools to enhance creative workflow and ideation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

3. Qualifications & Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing recent, visually refined creative work.
• Advanced proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Butter, After Effects) and design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Suite, Vimeo, ).
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a Creative or Design-related field.
• Minimum
  4 years
  of experience in paid social ad design and campaigns.
• Willingness to work occasional evening hours to coordinate with the Canadian team.
• Excellent
  English
  communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working across international teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Experience in high-volume environments or advertising agencies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines across time zones.
• Self-motivated and solutions-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience collaborating with Growth Marketing teams.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and performance-focused design.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling.
• Hands-on experience in performance marketing, branding, packaging, web, and digital content creation.
