You'll Perform

Business Development Executive
là vị trí tiên phong trong quy trình bán hàng, chịu trách nhiệm tìm kiếm, tiếp cận khách hàng tiềm năng và giới thiệu sản phẩm. Vị trí này đòi hỏi kỹ năng giao tiếp, khả năng nhanh nhạy và tinh thần chủ động để mở rộng thị trường.

Responsibilities

  • Tập hợp và theo dõi dữ liệu các khách hàng tiềm năng trong thị trường mục tiêu.
  • Xây dựng và chuyển đổi khách hàng tiềm năng thành khách hàng sử dụng sản phẩm.
  • Liên hệ với khách hàng để tìm hiểu nhu cầu của khách hàng và giới thiệu giải pháp phần mềm của công ty.
  • Thực hiện demo phần mềm, mô tả tính năng nổi bật và ứng dụng của phần mềm vào từng tình huống cụ thể của doanh nghiệp.
  • Đàm phán những điều khoản ban đầu, thời gian triển khai, và các điều kiện khác.
  • Tham gia đóng góp ý kiến xây dựng chiến lược tìm kiếm khách hàng, cải thiện quy trình bán hàng và các chiến dịch tiếp cận.

What You'll Bring

  • Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị kinh doanh, Kinh tế, Công nghệ thông tin, hoặc các ngành liên quan.
  • Kinh nghiệm từ 1 năm trong lĩnh vực bán hàng B2B, ưu tiên cho ngành phần mềm hoặc các sản phẩm công nghệ liên quan.
  • Kỹ giao tiếp tốt, đồng thời có khả năng giải thích các khái niệm kỹ thuật phức tạp cho những người không chuyên.
  • Chủ động trong công việc, có khả năng thích ứng với những thay đổi của thị trường và yêu cầu khách hàng.
  • Tư duy làm việc hướng tới kết quả và khả năng làm việc hiệu quả trong môi trường nhịp độ nhanh.
  • Khả năng làm việc độc lập cũng như phối hợp tốt trong nhóm.
  • Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Anh là một lợi thế.
