An exciting opportunity to join as Anti-Money Laundering Manager in Ho Chi Minh City. You will lead the AML and financial crime compliance framework, ensuring full adherence to local and international standards. The role involves close collaboration with business and control teams to enhance risk detection, strengthen governance, and promote a strong compliance culture.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain AML/CTF policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee screening, transaction monitoring, and suspicious activity reporting processes.
  • Advise on KYC/CDD for high-risk clients and embed AML controls across business operations.
  • Work with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance readiness.
  • Lead AML projects, system upgrades, and regulatory change implementations.
  • Utilise analytics tools (Power BI, SQL, Python) to identify trends and potential risks.
  • Deliver AML/CTF training and awareness sessions company-wide.
  • Prepare reports for senior management and regulators, tracking remediation actions.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or Business.
  • Minimum 8 years' AML experience in financial services (Banking, Consumer Finance, Insurance, etc).
  • Proficiency in data analytics (Power BI, SQL, Python) and regulatory reporting.
  • Proven experience managing AML projects and working cross-functionally.
  • Solid understanding of AML laws and local regulations.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
