Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the positions include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in classifying case documents, docketing documents, and managing the documentation.
  • Assist in researching legal regulations of Vietnam and foreign countries in relation to web 3 and crypto.
  • Assist in drafting legal documents and implementing compliance procedures of the company under the instruction of the manager;
  • Conduct other legal assistance tasks from time to time; and
  • Any other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 4th-year law student or equivalent with top academic credentials;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese (knowing other languages such as Korean, Japanese is a plus);
  • Interested in the field of web 3 and crypto;
  • Experience in internship at a law firm or a legal department of a technology company is a plus;
  • Quick-minded, outcome-oriented;
  • A positive, hard-working attitude with a willingness to learn; and
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.
