Job Description (English)

We are looking for a
Vietnamese Business Analyst currently living in Thailand
to join our digital transformation team. You will collaborate with Thai clients and offshore development teams in Vietnam to deliver world-class software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business & system requirements from Thai clients.
  • Prepare BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, and Business Flow documentation.
  • Act as a bridge between Thai customers and Vietnamese development teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and ensure project requirements are clearly defined and delivered.
  • Conduct UAT and support the project manager to align deliverables with client expectations.
  • Occasionally visit client sites across Thailand when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Vietnamese nationality, currently living in Thailand.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in digital transformation or e-commerce).
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Familiar with documentation tools (Visio, , Figma, Balsamiq, etc.).
  • Good understanding of SDLC (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Japanese (JLPT N3/N2) is a strong plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

  • เก็บรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการทางธุรกิจและระบบจากลูกค้าชาวไทย
  • จัดทำเอกสาร BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, และ Business Flow
  • ทำหน้าที่เป็นสะพานเชื่อมระหว่างลูกค้าชาวไทยและทีมพัฒนาในเวียดนาม
  • จัดเวิร์กช็อป ตรวจสอบขอบเขตโครงการ และสนับสนุนการทำงานของทีม
  • ทดสอบระบบ (UAT) และตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่างานส่งมอบตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
  • เดินทางเข้าพบลูกค้าในประเทศไทยเป็นบางครั้งตามความจำเป็น

คุณสมบัติ:

  • สัญชาติเวียดนาม และอาศัยอยู่ในประเทศไทย
  • จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา IT, Computer Science, Business หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่ง Business Analyst
  • มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษที่ดีเยี่ยม
  • มีประสบการณ์ด้านเอกสารและเข้าใจกระบวนการ Agile/Scrum, Waterfall
  • หากมีภาษาญี่ปุ่น (JLPT N3/N2) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
