Admin Intern, D2C

We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Admin Intern to provide key support for our D2C teams. This role is essential for managing critical documentation (quotations, POs, invoices), tracking project progress and deliverables, and coordinating with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure smooth product delivery.
What You'll Do
- Support the Account & Operation teams in preparing internal/external documents (quotation, SoW, PO, invoice, etc.).
- Collect and compile performance reports.
- Assist in tracking project progress, campaign deliverables, and client timelines.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for product delivery, stock-in/out, and returns.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Who You Are
- A final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field.
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and online dashboards.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Vietnamese; basic English reading ability
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
