*ear Inc đang phát triển một dự án mới và đang tìm kiếm các thành viên trẻ tuổi, đam mê và năng động để tham gia vào đội ngũ Kiểm duyệt Nội dung.

Công việc của bạn bao gồm việc xem xét, phê duyệt hoặc xóa bỏ nội dung trên nhiều nền tảng mạng xã hội hot nhất hiện nay.

Trong quá trình làm việc, bạn có thể sẽ phải xử lý những nội dung nhạy cảm và có tính chất tiêu cực.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Tiếng Anh cơ bản (có thể đọc hiểu được văn bản).
  • Làm được toàn thời gian (ưu tiên các bạn đã tốt nghiệp hoặc hoàn thành chương trình học tại trường).
  • Có thể đáp ứng tốt trong môi trường làm việc có nhịp độ nhanh của ngành kiểm duyệt nội dung.
  • Có thể tham gia khóa đào tạo của công ty (được trả lương).

Thời gian làm việc:

  • Xoay ca, mỗi ca 8 giờ (không bao gồm 1 giờ nghỉ) theo lịch do công ty sắp xếp.
  • 5 ca mỗi tuần (tương đương 40 giờ làm việc).
  • Có thể làm vào các ngày lễ theo yêu cầu (Quốc Khánh, Giỗ Tổ,...).

  • Tham gia các hoạt động giải trí, giao lưu nội bộ của công ty.
  • 12 ngày nghỉ phép/năm.
  • Phòng giải trí cho mọi người: chúng mình có board games, video games, VR, PS5, bóng bàn, football tables và nhiều trò khác nữa.
  • Ngoài ra chúng mình còn tổ chức các lớp: Kickboxing, Yoga, Zumba, BJJ.
  • Lương: VND/ tháng + Trợ cấp

Địa Điểm Làm Việc:
Tam Trinh, Hai Bà Trưng, Hà Nội.

Thời gian làm việc

Thứ 2 - Thứ 6 (từ 08:00 đến 17:00)

Xoay ca, mỗi ca 8 giờ (không bao gồm 1 giờ nghỉ) theo lịch do công ty sắp xếp.

5 ca mỗi tuần (tương đương 40 giờ làm việc).

Có thể làm vào các ngày lễ theo yêu cầu (Quốc Khánh, Giỗ Tổ,...).
