Your RoleOwn the end-to-end financial data stack for The Lab Concepts. Turn POS, banking, and accounting data into reliable reports and actionable insights; consolidate multi-brand/outlet P&L; build and maintain Power BI dashboards; enforce data governance; and support the company's ERP roadmap.Main Responsibilities:1/ PERFORMANCE ANALYTICSAnalyze revenue by brand/outlet/channel/product.Track gross margin percent and the key drivers behind changes.Monitor campaign performance: CPA, ROI, engagement, incremental revenue.Provide customer behavior insights to the Marketing team.2/ P&L CONSOLIDATION & VARIANCEConsolidate P&L by brand and outlet with clear mapping rules and a single source of truth.Build variance bridges for Revenue, COGS, and Gross Margin with concise commentary.3/ RECONCILIATION & CONTROLSRun daily reconciliations across POS, bank, and GL;Maintain an exceptions log and close out issues with stakeholders.4/ DASHBOARDS & REPORTINGDesign, build, and operate Power BI dashboards for Sales, P&L, Margin, and Inventory.Deliver Revenue Flash T+1 and Reconciliation Status reports to stakeholders.Standardize queries and reporting templates for reusability.Customize ad-hoc reports upon request.Analyze sales data by time, brand, and location.Build reports and suggest operational improvements.5/ ERP READINESSDocument data flows and mapping rules; support data cutover and validation during ERP implementation.Standardize, clean, and integrate data from multiple systems (POS, ERP...).SkillsetsBachelor's degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, IT, Applied Mathematics...1–2 years of experience in data analysis (F&B/Retail preferred).Proficient in Excel and Power BI.
