Nhiệm vụ chính:
- Thu mua nguyên vật tư, công cụ dụng cụ theo yêu cầu cho toàn nhà máy
. Lập kế hoạch mua hàng và kế hoạch vật tư theo ngày, tuần, tháng, …
. Trao đổi với các bộ phận liên quan về kế hoạch mua hàng, tồn kho tối thiểu, định mức, …
. Thương lượng giá và soạn thảo hợp đồng, trao đổi thông tin với nhà cung ứng
- Quan hệ và phát triển nhà cung ứng
. Hỗ trợ phát triển các nhà cung ứng nguyên liệu, vật tư, dịch vụ, …
. Thương lượng và phát triển quan hệ nhà cung ứng để có các điều kiện mua hàng, thanh toán, công nợ, … có lợi cho công ty
- Thống kê dữ liệu mua hàng định kỳ
. Báo cáo dữ liệu mua hàng, thông tin thị trường theo yêu cầu của Quản lý trực tiếp hoặc Ban Giám đốc
. Thống kê và báo cáo thông tin các mặt hàng, lịch sử mua hàng và giá cả theo yêu cầu
- Các công việc khác:
. Các quy trình liên quan đến hệ thống ISO-9001
. Các công việc liên quan đến hệ thống ERP
- . Các công việc khác được giao bởi Quản lý trực tiếp
Yêu Cầu:
. Tốt nghiệp Đại học các ngành liên quan
. Từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm mua hàng ở vị trí tương đương tại các Công ty sản xuất
. Ưu tiên các ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các nhà máy sản xuất bao bì nhựa, mực in công nghiệp, in ấn hoặc đóng gói.
. Kỹ năng giao tiếp và tổ chức công việc tốt
. Trung thực, tinh thần trách nhiệm cao
. Minh bạch và chính trực là yếu tố rất quan trọng
