- To develope and maintain the relationships with suppliers, choose long-term and stable partners to ensure the best quality and price.
- To control the procurement and import and export process to ensure high efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and manage procurement policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on procurement performance, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
- Develop and manage supplier relationships and contracts.
- Make selections, compare orders and do the analysis needed to select the most suitable product. Negotiating prices, purchase contracts, terms of payment and delivery.
- Source, identify, and evaluate potential new suppliers and vendors.
- Combined with the logistics department to complete the necessary procedures for receiving goods.
- Develop and maintain supplier scorecards, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and cost objectives are met.
- Analyze market and delivery systems to develop and recommend strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Graduated from University or above ; English use fluently.
- At least 5-10 years experience in relevant position in manufactory field
