What You'll Build

  • AI Agents & Automation

– multi-agent orchestration (LLMs + MCP) that replaces manual verification
- Document Intelligence

– OCR + NLP pipelines to read and classify resumes and compliance files
- Smart Dashboards & Extensions

– React interfaces and browser extensions integrating with CRMs
- Core API & Data Layer

– FastAPI / TypeScript / pgvector for semantic search + real-time updates
- CI/CD & Infra

– AWS Amplify / GCP / Vercel with automated testing + observability

What We're Looking For

You're a
builder

who loves learning and collaboration — not waiting for specs.

Must-Have

  • 5 + years in production SaaS
  • Python & TypeScript (FastAPI + React preferred)
  • Strong REST/WebSocket API design & cloud architecture (AWS or GCP)
  • SQL / PostgreSQL + modern frontend stacks (React / Tailwind / Vite)
  • Git-based CI/CD + Agile delivery

Nice-to-Have

  • Hands-on AI tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, Gemini)
  • RAG systems / multi-agent experience
  • Browser extension or CRM integration
  • PII security awareness

Good English – daily interaction with Australian founders
