Mô tả công việc:

  • Lập kế hoạch chuyển hàng từ kho chính đến kho con, đảm bảo hàng hóa tại kho con luôn đủ số lượng, đúng chủng loại, tồn kho an toàn, sẵn sàng để đáp ứng nhu cầu của các cửa hàng

  • Kiểm soát, theo dõi, xử lý hàng hóa nhập, xuất, hàng tồn kho tại kho con

  • Phối hợp với team planning kho chính để có kế hoạch hàng tồn đảm bảo đủ cho tại mỗi thời điểm chuyển đi và tồn an toàn xuất tại kho chính

  • Theo dõi / lập kế hoạch đưa nguyên liệu chuyển tới cơ sở

  • Kiểm tra/đối chiếu tình hình tồn kho nguyên liệu cơ sở

  • Phối hợp với phòng mua hàng, kho, logistic, chất lượng về các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan tới việc giao nguyên liệu/ hàng thành phẩm của cơ sở hoặc từ kho chính tới kho con.

  • Thực hiện các thao tác hỗ trợ phòng ban khác trên hệ thống phần mềm

  • Thực hiện các báo cáo về hàng tồn kho/ hàng xuất /hàng nhập

  • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Kinh nghiệm: Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương (Ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng có kinh nghiệm trong ngành thực phẩm)

  • Bằng cấp: Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị kinh doanh, Quản lý công nghiệp, Kế toán hoặc các ngành khác có liên quan. Có kiến thức về chuỗi cung ứng, supply planning

  • Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh đọc hiểu căn bản

  • Tin học: Sử dụng thành thạo Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)

  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán tốt

  • Tỉ mỉ chi tiết, có khả năng phân tích số liệu, thích làm việc với các con số

  • Kỹ năng làm việc độc lập và phối hợp làm việc nhóm tốt

  • Cẩn thận và có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao trong công việc

  • Có khả năng nắm bắt công việc nhanh, quản lý thời gian, sắp xếp, xử lý công việc khoa học

  • Có khả năng chịu áp lực công việc cao

Địa điểm làm việc: Lô K3-1 KCN Tân Kim mở rộng , TT Cần Giuộc, Long An

Thời gian làm việc: t2 - t7 Hành chính (8h-17h), thỉnh thoảng có OT hỗ trợ team

Quyền lợi:

  • Mức lương: 8-11tr/tháng, lương tháng 13, tăng lương 1 lần/năm;

  • Tham gia đầy đủ chế độ bảo hiểm theo Luật; bảo hiểm 24/24;

  • 12 ngày nghỉ phép năm, 3 ngày nghỉ ốm, 3 ngày nghỉ phép gia đình;

  • Tham gia các hoạt động ngoại khóa và teambuilding.
