Job Description
Hello Health Group is a leading digital health platform operating in eight countries across Asia: Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Cambodia, Singapore, and Taiwan. We are on a mission to build the next generation of digital healthcare products, revolutionizing how people access different healthcare services. Our platforms use AI, data, and technology to deliver personalized user experiences that make healthcare simpler, accessible, and affordable.
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Product Management Intern to join our Product team. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how digital health products are built, scaled, and improved to serve millions of users.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Content) to support product discovery, development, and delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Support writing product requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), log bugs, and follow up on resolutions.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure smooth delivery of product features.
- Track product performance post-launch and propose improvements.
- Help maintain product documentation and update project tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
Requirements
Must-have:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, IT, Marketing, Public Health, Design, or a related field.
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English (minimum 7 IELTS or equivalent)
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Eagerness to learn and interest in health tech or product management.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma
Nice-to-have:
- Previous experience in digital product development (personal or school projects count).
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Notion.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX or data analytics.
- Comfortable reading and understanding English documents.
