Job Description

Mô tả công việc:

  • Xác định và xử lý các sự cố ứng dụng do người dùng gặp phải.
  • Quản lý quy trình triển khai từ UAT đến Production, đảm bảo phát hành đúng tiến độ.
  • Xử lý các yêu cầu phát sinh từ khách hàng liên quan đến ứng dụng, cung cấp giải pháp hoặc chuyển cấp phù hợp.
  • Giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật và nghiệp vụ để đáp ứng Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Hỗ trợ tổng hợp dữ liệu, báo cáo và chuẩn bị tài liệu trình bày.
  • Là đầu mối làm việc với người dùng, bộ phận kỹ thuật, sản phẩm và quản lý để xử lý sự cố.
  • Thu thập phản hồi người dùng và đề xuất cải tiến liên tục.
  • Phát triển test case, phối hợp thực hiện kiểm thử ứng dụng.
  • Quản lý Software Release ở nhiều môi trường khác nhau.
  • Phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ và cung cấp bằng chứng, báo cáo sự cố.
  • Tham gia on-call support khi cần thiết.
  • Hỗ trợ trên nền tảng ITSM (Jira).
  • Được đào tạo về các hệ thống ứng dụng nghiệp vụ.

Requirements

  • Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành CNTT, Kỹ thuật máy tính, hoặc phần mềm.
  • Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực IT Support / Application Support.
  • Kinh nghiệm xây dựng application test plan.
  • Giao tiếp tiếng Anh lưu loát, làm việc thường xuyên với khách hàng quốc tế.

Preferred Skills

  • Hiểu biết về cybersecurity hoặc cloud infrastructure là lợi thế lớn.
