Thu Nhập

  • Học việc (2 – 4 tháng): Phụ cấp đồng/tháng
  • Chính thức: Lương cứng đồng/tháng + thưởng theo hiệu suất

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Mảng Video TikTok
  • Xuất hiện trước ống kính để quay video review, giới thiệu sản phẩm, bắt trend TikTok.
  • Phối hợp cùng team sản xuất thực hiện các cảnh quay theo kịch bản có sẵn.
  • Thể hiện biểu cảm tốt, truyền tải đúng thông điệp sản phẩm.
  • Tham gia đóng góp ý tưởng nội dung nếu có khả năng.
  • Mảng Livestream TikTok Shop
  • Lên sóng livestream giới thiệu, trải nghiệm và bán sản phẩm của thương hiệu.
  • Tương tác với người xem, trả lời bình luận và giữ năng lượng xuyên suốt phiên live.
  • Phối hợp với host chính hoặc tự livestream tùy từng giai đoạn.
  • Công việc khác
  • Tham gia các buổi training về sản phẩm, kịch bản và kỹ năng lên hình.
  • Chuẩn bị trang phục, make-up cơ bản phù hợp với từng buổi quay hoặc livestream.
  • Tuân thủ lịch quay, lịch live do team vận hành sắp xếp.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm, được đào tạo bài bản từ đầu.
  • Tự tin trước ống kính, nói chuyện tự nhiên.
  • Ngoại hình ưa nhìn, biểu cảm tốt, năng lượng tích cực.
  • Giọng nói rõ ràng, dễ nghe.
  • Yêu thích môi trường năng động, sáng tạo và sẵn sàng học hỏi mỗi ngày.
  • Có laptop cá nhân phục vụ công việc.

Lộ trình

  • Học việc tháng): đồng/tháng.
  • Talent chính thức: đồng/tháng + thưởng theo hiệu suất video/livestream.
  • Sau 6 – 12 tháng: Có thể phát triển thành Host chính hoặc KOC nội bộ.
  • Trên 12 tháng: Talent Key hoặc Lead Talent (nếu phù hợp).

  • Thứ 3 – Thứ 6: 9h00 – 12h00 | 13h30 – 17h30
