Role Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful end-to-end delivery of complex digital products, ensuring they are built from vision to launch according to GEEK Up's standards of quality, innovation, and client partnership. This role requires a strong Agile foundation and a deep commitment to delivering tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership & Delivery:
    Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of multiple digital product development projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Agile & Methodology:
    Champion and implement Agile methodologies and processes, including GEEK Up's internal frameworks like
    STEP UP AGILE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
    .
  • ***Stakeholder & Partnership Management:
    Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships based on the
    Co-Creation Partnership Model (CC Model)
    . Act as the liaison between the client's business team, the internal product team, and the dedicated product squad.
  • Scope & Requirement Management:
    Define, validate, and manage project scope and client expectation throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Risk & Change Management:
    Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and impediments. Manage change requests efficiently to ensure continuous improvement and agile adaptation.
  • Team Facilitation:
    Facilitate clear and effective communication within the product dedicated teams, ensuring they have the support needed for seamless implementation and scaling.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Proven
    5+ years of experience
    as a Project Manager, preferably within a digital product agency, software development, or IT consulting environment.
  • Demonstrable expertise in managing complex,
    end-to-end digital product development projects (Full Product Development Life Cycle)
    , from initial discovery and conceptualization through to impactful product.
  • Proven ability to manage project with flexible scope where requirements are fluid and evolving. Expertise in managing trade-offs, scope creep, and maintaining
    disciplined agility
    to deliver business value over fixed features.
  • Exceptional Client & Stakeholder Partnership Management:
    Ability to navigate and align expectations across diverse stakeholders, including internal product teams and external client leadership, fully embracing GEEK Up's Co-Creation Partnership Model (CC Model).
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
    and the ability to adapt frameworks to fit project needs.
  • Strong understanding of Product Management principles and a
    genuine Product Mindset
    , focusing on achieving business outcomes rather than just ticking off deliverables.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills to drive project consensus and momentum.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as PMP, CSM, PSM, or similar Agile credentials.
  • Experience in the focus domains of GEEK Up (BFSI, Retail, F&B, etc.)
