Field Service Engineer (electrical, control systems)

Workplace: Damen Song Cam Shipyard – Hoang Dong Commune, Thuy Nguyen District, Hai Phong City

Working time: Flexible working hours

Job Description:

-Working on a client project for a Finnish corporation that specializes in providing high-technology systems and solutions to customers worldwide in the maritime industry.

-Looking for a Field Service Engineer for Vietnam site to handle maintenance, repair, and commissioning tasks related to propulsion systems.

-The work mainly involves troubleshooting, modernization, and commissioning of the company propulsion

system. In addition, you will provide technical support to customers. You will be part of our global service network, so the role requires some readiness to travel and the ability to work independently in an international environment. We hope you are motivated and eager to learn and grow in your role.

Requirement:

  • Relevant work experience with propulsion systems or a suitable technical education (e.g., engineering degree)
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • A proactive and customer-oriented approach to work
  • Ability to work independently
