Operation Manager phụ trách quản lý và tối ưu hoạt động HR – Admin & Vận hành nội bộ. Vai trò này đòi hỏi ứng viên vừa có khả năng quản lý tổng thể, vừa sẵn sàng "hands-on" xử lý chi tiết, cùng sự linh hoạt để giải quyết thay đổi và xung đột trong tổ chức.

Nhiệm vụ chính

· Quản lý toàn bộ công việc HR-Admin và vận hành.

· Xây dựng, triển khai, tối ưu quy trình và chính sách C&B linh hoạt.

· Đàm phán hợp đồng, tối ưu chi phí với nhà cung cấp/đối tác.

· Giải quyết mâu thuẫn nội bộ (nhân viên – quản lý – leader).

· Báo cáo và phối hợp chặt chẽ với Ban lãnh đạo.

Yêu cầu

· Kinh nghiệm quản lý vận hành liên quan đến HR-Admin.

· Kỹ năng hands-on, tỉ mỉ, chi tiết, chính xác.

· Kinh nghiệm quản lý C&B và đàm phán hợp đồng.

· Kỹ năng giải quyết xung đột, giao tiếp linh hoạt.

· Tính cách điềm tĩnh, cứng rắn, có resilience cao

. Khả năng deal giá deal điều khoản với các bên

Ưu tiên:

· Từng tham gia setup công ty/startup.

· Kinh nghiệm xử lý mâu thuẫn cấp cao với stakeholders/clients.
