Core Responsibilities:

  • Guide students in developing 2 to 3 actual skills that can be used to create a portfolio or to get a job.
  • Prepare students for exams & competitions.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and student outings.
  • Other duties as assigned by Vision Mentors.

Noted: This position required you to actively research, prepare and build a learning programme for students.

Key characteristics/abilities:

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Native or near-native English proficiency with strong command of academic English (vocabulary, reading, and writing)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant subject area or education
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with international students or in cross-cultural environments
  • Ability to engage and inspire students in one-on-one and group settings
  • Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced educational environment

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points):

  • Familiarity with IGCSE, IB, AP, MYP, or A-Level curriculum frameworks
  • Ability to teach Math, Science, or Humanities subjects in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital teaching tools (e.g., Google Workspace, LMS platforms)
  • Experience with differentiated instruction and student-centered teaching methods
  • Organized, adaptable, and passionate about mentoring students academically and personally
