JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer at the mid-junior level to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure a seamless user experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and constraints.
  • Ensure designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and design standards.
  • Participate in user testing and usability studies to gather feedback and improve designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design skills and knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
  • Education: A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred but not required.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Balsamiq, or similar).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
