**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Business Practices Manager (BPM) in daily activities to implement our company compliance frameworks for local business organizations (Policies, SOPs and Guidance);
- Helping the BPM to ensure consistent and effective compliance standards are in place in the organization;
- Responsible to manage spot-check process including coordination with third party and prepare findings report to management;
- Supporting the implementation of tracking /monitoring systems (e.g. Pulse, ABC, Coupa);
- Providing support to deliver the Country Compliance Committee agenda;
- Helping with regular internal audits regarding HCP interactions;
- Helping to prepare local training sessions on new and revised policies, processes and procedures. Making sure that attendance sheets for such trainings are tracked and stored appropriately;
- Other ad-hoc support task such as data mining, data analysis & reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- General awareness in compliance rules & FCPA
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical companies’ infrastructure and processes
- Familiarity with compliance guidelines and data protection legislation
- Having high ethical standards, and personal integrity
- Proven ability to develop cooperative professional relationships within the organization
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Language - Must be fluent in English and the local language

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1-2 years of Audit, Finance, Compliance, Legal, or comparable business experience in healthcare industry is preferrable
