MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department ensuring that all rooms and public areas are maintained in a sanitary and hygienic condition.
- Develop and manage the department's budget, including labor costs, supplies, and equipment and make adjustments to reduce costs while maintaining high standards.
- Prepare and maintain housekeeping department reports, including staff schedules, room status reports, and maintenance logs.
- Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team, including room attendants, public area cleaners, and laundry staff.

- Has a minimum of 3 years' experience as similar international class outlet / hotel.
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to oversee daily operations efficiently.
- Has a positive attitude, adaptability and ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of eco-friendly and sustainable housekeeping practices
