**Responsibilities of a Project/Design Manager for Data Center**:
**1. Manage the key aspect of the projects internally and externally**

**Quality**:

- Ensure the design is delivered according to the client's, local, and third-party standards and feedback.
- Ensure client satisfaction by effectively gathering feedback.
- Manage internal coordination with our teams in the region and Europe to ensure interdisciplinary checks are conducted.
- Analyze critical technical risks with the client and our team, prepare a plan to address these risks, and execute it.
- Review key aspects of the design.

**Finance**:

- Manage the cost of the client project throughout the design phase to align with the client's budget.
- Effectively manage internal costs to achieve the targeted project profit.
- Address variation orders promptly.
- Ensure positive cash flow by invoicing on time.

**Schedule**:

- Establish and track the project schedule with the client on a weekly basis.
- Propose and follow up on mitigation strategies in case of delays.
- Establish and track the internal schedule to ensure delivery as per the contract.

**Organization**:

- Prepare and execute the project management plan.
- Delegate tasks effectively to the project assistant and manage the classification of project information.

**Legal**:

- Manage the contractual aspects of the project with the client.
- Manage the contractual aspects of the project with our partners.
- HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment):

- Promote and enhance environmental, social, and safety aspects in our technical solutions.

**Communication**:

- Establish weekly and ad hoc meetings internally and with the client's project management team to follow up on all the aspects mentioned above.
- Ensure that communication platforms are established.
- Communicate internally and externally with diplomacy and respect to gain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.

**2. Support the Development of Business**
- Assist in the preparation of presentations.
- Occasionally attend meetings with potential clients.
- Offers Preparation:

- Lead the preparation of proposals for Data Center projects.
- Monitor opportunities to sell additional services on existing projects.

**3. Personal and Team Growth**:

- Prepare internal training and lessons-learned sessions to enhance the team's knowledge.
- Participate in the selection process for new positions.
- Conduct regular assessments of your blind spots and adapt a training program specifically for them.
- Support with strategical aspect of the growth in Vietnam and in the region.

**You Qualification and Expertise**:

- A master's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing multidisciplinary design, engineering, and construction projects.
- Technical experience with Data Center projects is crucial.
- Fluent in English
- Excellent team and client management skills.
- Familiarity with digital and automated design and engineering processes (BIM360, CDE).
- Good knowledge of standard practices in the design and construction industry, and a good understanding of the daily (operational) business of clients.
