**Your Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Project role:

- Evaluates customer/end user, RFQ (Request For Quotation) requirements and customer/end user specifications for Project opportunities.
- Validates and ensures that our solution will meet the RFQ requirements, if not, create an offering with properly documented deviations.
- Technically writes up proposals using standard quote processes or customer required if necessary.
- Compiles data to prepare a costing estimative, using QT work sheet.
- Evaluates offering and estimates risk. If risk is a concern, sets up internal review.
- Assist sales in the pricing process by contributing info of history, competition.
- Execute Project Management in Kick Off, Buy Off and Final Acceptance phase and closing in internal system.

Service role:

- To provide full and professional company product services at customer premises or workshop
- To diagnose problematic and inefficient performance of all company brand products and take appropriate action to rectify performance
- To provide company product software debugging and troubleshooting and ensure software back to work properly
- To identify and source spare parts and consumables required for the responsible service jobs
- To carry out calibration, testing, programming and certification of service job assigned according to company standard procedures
- To flexible undertake ad-hoc service jobs as necessary both at customer site which may out of normal working environment
- To arrange workshop equipment and replacement parts ready for service jobs and timely manage recording balance of those equipment and parts
- To create service document and report according to company or customer standard
- To raise red flag or request for support when there is business or technical risk
- To follow strictly on safety, health, environment and quality policy and report safety risks to prevent future accident
- To fulfill other requirements assigned from manager/supervisor

**Qualifications Required**:
**Knowledge**:

- Standard office software (MS Team, MS Office and Sharepoints)
- Database (SQL / Oracle) and networks (network topology, TCP / IP, subnet mask, DNS, switches, routers, gateway, etc.)
- IT Network and database knowledge (RavenDB will be an advantage)
- Interfaces and industrial communication standards (RS-232/485/422, XML, Open Protocol, Field Bus);
- Programming and tightening solutions configuration will be consider as a differential

**Skills**:

- Application of industrial equipment;
- Assembly Processes;
- Good knowledge of electrical / electronic, pneumatic and mechanical;
- Knowledge of automation;
- Data Collection Systems;
- Team Coordination;
- Write reports and compile information.
