- Maintain employees’ profiles & data (both hard and soft copies) logically and systematically
- Manage labor procedures related to the labor contract, contract renewal and termination
- Manage Exit procedure
- Manage social, health and unemployment insurance contributions as per law
- Register Tax code for new employees
- Prepare monthly headcount report
- Undertaking any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HR Manager

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Human Resources Management or related fields.
- Proven 1 - 3 years of working experience as a C&B Executive
- Knowledge of Labor law, PIT law, obligated insurance laws, and related laws
- Excellent Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Interested in working in a fast-paced environment
