- Monitor Payroll and administer Compensation and Benefits
- **Provide insight and build strategy development, Service Partnership Agreement (SPA), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and department goals and ensures that relevant team members could deliver the most effective performance to achieve those targets.**:

- Consult with managers about the internal training & development resources available and related processes
- Be responsible for diagnosing organizational issues, developing solutions, and implementing the action plan

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree preferably Human Resources, Business Management
- In-depth knowledge of creating KPIs systems and Human Resources Practices
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Human Resource management.
- Understanding of corporate human resource management
- Good leadership and management skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in office computing (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- **Concentrated written and verbal communication skills in English.**:

- IELTS overall score is equivalent to 6.5 or similar.

**Job Type**:Online Full-time.

**Working Hours**:7-hour shift (Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm in CDT).

**Pay**:Starts from 20.000.000 VND to 35.000.000 VND and bonus.

Pay: 20,000,000₫ - 35,000,000₫ per month
