**AGENCY SALES EXECUTIVE (BD EXECUTIVE)**

**Địa điểm làm việc**: 44 Nguyễn Văn Kinh, Khu phố 14, Phường Cát Lái, Thành phố Thủ Đức, TP. Hồ Chí Minh

**Mô tả công việc**:
**-**Xây dựng và phát triển mạng lưới đại lý quốc tế, tìm kiếm và kết nối đối tác mới.
- Quảng bá dịch vụ logistics của Headway tới các đại lý toàn cầu, đảm bảo lượng hàng hóa nhập về Việt Nam ổn định.Đàm phán chính sách chia sẻ lợi nhuận, phí xử lý và điều kiện hợp tác.
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban nội bộ (OPS, CS, Finance, Docs) để đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng dịch vụ.
- Quản lý, duy trì mối quan hệ với các đại lý hiện hữu và mở rộng cơ hội kinh doanh mới.Tuân thủ quy định quốc tế và chính sách nội bộ, đảm bảo hoàn thành mục tiêu doanh số được giao.

**Yêu cầu ứng viên**:

- Thông thạo tiếng Anh (nghe, nói, đọc, viết).
- Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Sales, Business Development hoặc Agency tại các công ty logistics, freight forwarding, hãng tàu.Kiến thức tốt về logistics: Incoterms, phương thức vận tải, kho bãi, thủ tục hải quan.
- Có kỹ năng đàm phán, giao tiếp và xây dựng mối quan hệ tốt với đối tác quốc tế.
- Tư duy chủ động, tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, khả năng làm việc nhóm hiệu quả.
- Có thể đi công tác nước ngoài khi cần.

**Quyền lợi**:
**-**Thu nhập 10 - 20 triệu đồng/tháng (lương cơ bản + phụ cấp) cùng chính sách thưởng theo hiệu suất.
