**Mô tả công việc**:

- Teaching Assistants provide academic instruction to students during their study at Manabie
- **Teaching Assistants will**:

- Support the lead teacher to conduct large group online lectures
- Help prepare course materials: slides, notes, and homework
- Provide explanations for questions asked by students
- Motivate students to continue on their learning journey
- Prepare monthly reports to track student progress
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure the quality of learning for students at Manabie
- Other jobs as required by supervisor
- All online classes will be conducted at one of Manabie’s learning centers in HCMC.
- Full-time or Part-time, shift based.
- Working hours for Teaching Assistants (2 options):

- **Full-time**:

- Working hours: 40 hours/ week
- Shifts within 1:00-9:30 PM, Tuesday-Sunday, arranged between supervisor and employee
- **Part-time**:

- Working hours: 20 hours/ week
- Shifts within 1:00-9:30 PM or 1:00-5:30 PM Tuesday-Sunday, arranged between supervisor and employee

**Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết**:

- Can work shifts (full-time 40h/week OR part-time 20h/week; includes weekends and evenings)
- Passion for education
- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing bachelor’s degree (3rd or final year students welcome)
- Strong preference is given to applicants from HCMC University of Education, Hanoi National University of Education, or Hue University of Education
- 1-2 years experience in tutoring Grade 9, 10, 11 and/or 12 students
