1/ Job purpose: To form part of a Primary Senior Leadership Team for Teaching Assistants (PSLTTA). Support the Head TA's on both campuses' to ensure teaching assistants are used effectively. Assist in the coordination of events such as Moon festival and TET.

2/ Based on Junior Campus - with 5 classes

3/ Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Work with the Primary Leadership Team - TA to lead the ongoing improvement of the teaching assistants' contributions to the school
- To support the other Teaching Assistants on their campus so they can perform to the highest standard
- Meet regularly with the Assistant Head of Campus and attend meetings as necessary with the school's administrators.
- Organise meetings with the TAs to gain their opinions and to feedback information.

Working hour : from Monday to Friday, from 7.30 am to 4.00 pm (30 minutes break for lunch)

4/ Working address: The British International School, HCMC - EYFS&I campus at 101 Thao Dien, Thao Dien Ward, HCMC.

5/ Benefit and allowance
- Salary: negotiation; 2 months of probation which is fully paid

- Vietnamese only, Competent English speaker
- University graduate, BA in Primary Education is an advantage
- Experience of working in primary age children (2- 11 year of age) is preferable
- Has the personality to work with and support children who have certain learning difficulties
- Can work as part of a team
