(Senior) Ui/ux Designer

**YOUR NEW ROLE CODE LEAP**:
We are looking for a (Senior) UX/UI Designer to join our expert team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role is perfect for team players with a strong interest in developing their international career, along with driving exceptional user experiences through the entire UX lifecycle.

**YOUR EXCITING TASKS**:

- Create a modern UI and intuitive UX for an ERP system in the education sector
- Cooperate with product management to define processes and user flows
- Translate complex processes into self-explanatory and user-centered solutions
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes
- Create a comprehensive style guide and ensure consistency across the product
- Prepare user research, analyze feedback, and incorporate insights into the designs
- Enhance and challenge requirements and specifications put forward by product management
- Collaborate closely with the Product Management and Development team

**YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY**:

- Have 3+ years of experience in UI/UX Designer
- Demonstrate proficiency in UX deliverables including but not limited to Personas, User Journey Maps, User Flows & Task Flows, Usability Testing
- Demonstrate solid understanding of UI design
- Familiar with Agile methodology
- Proficiency with Figma
- Experience with designing B2B products
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and with mínimal supervision
- An excellent portfolio/case studies showcasing relevant UX work
- You feel comfortable communicating in the English language

Nice to have
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Familiar with accessibility guidelines
- Can communicate in German
