As a key part of the Digital Delivery Services Team, you will be directly working with our NZ based project team to fulfil their digital delivery needs. Together with our clients you will take the digital capability and experiences to new heights. You take ownership of what you build, and work collaboratively with different teams on a wide range of products.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work on product ideas as part of a team. This may include developing design concepts to validate ideas. These concepts may take the form of process flows (interaction design), wireframes (various levels of fidelity), prototypes or videos.
- Design user interface elements and document them in the design system.
- Design and work on a solid UX strategy across all products and solutions.
- Identify, analyse, and document UX problems.
- Participate in the testing of design concepts internally with stakeholders and externally with existing or potential customers in order to determine not only usability but also value.
- Support the product and sales team as they meet with customers and understand their jobs, pains and gains and document these as user journeys.
- Conduct interviews or product demonstrations.
- Contribute and lead ideation workshops utilising frameworks/processes such as design thinking and design sprints.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- 4+ years of experience in a professional environment
- 4+ years exposure and/or experience in a variety of digital delivery or operational environments
- Demonstrate a strong visual design background.
- Produce wireframes and digital assets using industry standard design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
- Portfolio showing both Web and Mobile work, with examples of shipped products including specific contributions in the design directions and decisions.
- Be open to receiving and implementing feedback and alteration requests.
- Be detail-oriented, a critical thinker and a customer-centred problem-solver.
- Keep abreast of changes in the product design landscape and adapt accordingly
- when better tools become available.
- Ability to work independently within established deadlines and time constraints.
