PERSOLKELLY Vietnam's client is one of biggest semiconductors SoC Design House in Taiwan, with their new set up office in Ho Chi Minh. They are looking for several headcounts for DFT section as below:
DFT DESIGN ENGINEER - MBIST / SCAN
Implement of MBIST / SCAN
Provide LEC and SDC scripts for Formal Verification and Timing Constraint Check
3Discuss with Test Engineers to provide solutions to DFT testing
DFT TECHNICAL MANAGER
Communicate with customers to provide suitable test architecture planning for production.
Communicate with external teams to keep track of issues and progress.
Managing schedules and supporting cross-functional engineering effort.
Assist DFT structure implementation and review team members' work.
Working with test engineers to bring up test vectors on test-house/silicon.

DFT DESIGN ENGINEER- MBIST / SCAN
Graduated in EE or related Engineering (fresh graduated are welcome)
Proficient in programming skill and UNIX shell.
Familiar with Verilog / RTL
DFT TECHNICAL MANAGER
Graduated in EE or related Engineering
7+ years of working experience with proven leadership (teamleading)
Proficient in programming skill and UNIX shell.
Compression / Share code / Ultra flow implementation
Familiar with Verilog / RTL / STA / Simulation verification flow
MBIST/SCAN pattern build up in ATE
