Your Team, Your Impact
Marvell is a leading provider of innovative storage technologies, including ultra-fast read channels, high-performance processors, leading edge transceivers, highly efficient analog designs, and powerful cryptographic engines. These solutions address all segments of the hard disk drive (HDD) and solid-state drive (SSD) electronics markets. Many of the same technologies have been utilized in Marvell storage system solutions products, powering PCs, servers, cloud, and enterprise systems.
You will work Storage BU, implementation team.
What You Can Expect
- Responsible for MBIST insertion, verification
- Responsible for SCAN insertion, ATPG, verification
- Responsible for DFT SDC creation
- Work closely with various multi-functional teams on resolving complex issues to ensure successful Tape-out
What We're Looking For
- At least 3+ years’ experience in SCAN insertion, ATPG, verification
- At least 3+ years’ experience in MBIST insertion, verification
- Hands on experience in DFT SDC development for block level & full-chip level
- Hands on experience in DFT timing debugging
- Hands on experience in SCAN/MBIST verification debugging in RTL/gatesim/postsim
- Hands on experience in DFT ATE generation and debugging
- Hands on experience in memory repair circuit design
- Proficient in scripting languages (TCL and Perl/Python/Ruby)
