Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into seamless user experiences.
- Design comprehensive user flows and high-fidelity user interfaces utilizing Figma.
- Develop wireframes, user journey maps, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Ensure a cohesive and user-friendly experience across web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to continuously refine products.
- Present design concepts and rationale effectively to team members and stakeholders.
- Create and expand design systems and UI component libraries to support consistent design execution.
- Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, prototyping, and team libraries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design, visual aesthetics, and creative problem solving.
- In-depth experience with responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Solid grasp of design fundamentals, including layout, typography, and interactive elements.
- Ability to deliver organized, developer-ready design assets.
- Familiarity with design hand-off and collaboration tools (e.g., Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode).
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance development processes is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development practices.
- Professional proficiency in English.
