Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm **UI/UX Designer** có khả năng chuyển đổi **ý tưởng sản phẩm, nguyên tắc thiết kế và yêu cầu tính năng** thành những trải nghiệm người dùng trực quan, chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế **concept, guideline, baseline UI/UX**, đảm bảo tính nhất quán trên các nền tảng **Web, Mobile và Desktop**.

**Nhiệm vụ chính**:

- Chuyển đổi **tầm nhìn sản phẩm, nguyên tắc thiết kế và yêu cầu tính năng** thành thiết kế UI/UX thân thiện với người dùng.
- Tạo **concept design, guideline và baseline UI/UX** để duy trì sự nhất quán trong thiết kế.
- Phát triển thiết kế UI/UX chi tiết, bao gồm **wireframe, prototype, và high-fidelity mockups**.
- Đảm bảo **tính nhất quán về giao diện và tương tác** trên các nền tảng Web, Mobile, và Desktop.
- Tài liệu hóa **đặc tả thiết kế, user flow và guideline về tương tác** để hỗ trợ quá trình phát triển sản phẩm.
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với đội ngũ kỹ sư để đảm bảo thiết kế được triển khai chính xác.
- Thực hiện **usability testing**,** thu thập phản hồi từ người dùng**để cải thiện và nâng cao trải nghiệm UI/UX.
- Xây dựng và duy trì **Design System** để chuẩn hóa UI/UX trên toàn bộ sản phẩm.
- Cập nhật xu hướng UI/UX và áp dụng các **best practices** để nâng cao chất lượng thiết kế.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Tốt nghiệp **Đại học** chuyên ngành Thiết kế, Công nghệ Thông tin, Kỹ thuật Phần mềm hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.
- ** 1-3 năm kinh nghiệm** trong thiết kế UI/UX cho Web, Mobile và Desktop Application.
- Thành thạo các công cụ thiết kế như **Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator**.
- Kinh nghiệm trong **xây dựng và duy trì Design System & UI/UX guideline**.
- Kiến thức vững về **nguyên tắc thiết kế lấy người dùng làm trung tâm (user-centered design) và thiết kế tương tác**.
- Quen thuộc với **usability testing, nghiên cứu hành vi người dùng và thiết kế dựa trên dữ liệu**.
- Hiểu biết cơ bản về **công nghệ front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) là một lợi thế**.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và khả năng làm việc hiệu quả trong **đội nhóm đa chức năng**.
- ** Tư duy chủ động, sáng tạo, trách nhiệm cao và khả năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt**.
