**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Physical Education lessons aligned with Cambridge IGCSE and IB Diploma Programme frameworks.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment that encourages all students to participate and achieve their personal best.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies, technologies, and assessment tools to support diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Organize and supervise school sports events, inter-house and inter-school competitions, and extracurricular athletic activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design a cohesive and progressive PE curriculum across year levels.
- Promote students’ holistic development through physical, social, and emotional wellbeing.
- Contribute actively to school life, including pastoral care, events, and professional learning communities
- Carrying out additional duties as required by the Secondary Principal, contributing to the broader school community and corporate life.
- THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
A positive, child-centred individual with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in **Physical Education**or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred) and teaching certification in **Physical Education**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching in **Physical Education**
- Must be eligible to work within Vietnam
- Experience in teaching IGCSE Cambridge and IB is desirable
- Solid working knowledge of the concepts, activities, and techniques related to teaching **Physical Education** at the required level.
- Well-organised and proficient in school management systems.
- Patient, flexible, and innovative, with a clear comprehension of how students learn.
- Team player, diplomatic, proactive and problem-solve
