**Requirements**:

- College degree or higher
- 2-3 years of experience in the **fashion retail industry**:

- Strong understanding of **Visual Merchandising** principles and operations
- Proficient in **basic graphic design software** (e.g., AI, Photoshop, Canva) for store layout planning
- Excellent **communication and coordination skills** across departments
- **Attach your portfolio**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. SELL-IN & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT**
- Collaborate with the **Merchandise team** to define key looks for pre-order assortments
- Join **Sample Days** to review and finalize product styling on models
- Work closely with the **Design & Creative teams** to translate brand concepts into compelling in-store visual stories that engage customers

**2. VISUAL ANALYSIS & DISPLAY OPTIMIZATION**
- Develop monthly and seasonal **VM direction** based on product arrival and sales plans
- Coordinate with **Merchandise, Marketing, and Operations** to ensure consistency in campaigns, imagery, and in-store product presentation
- Implement **VM guidelines and fixture standards** for new store openings and store relayouts
- Regularly **refresh displays** for slow-moving or overstocked items to drive visibility and sales
- **Analyze before-after data** to measure visual performance and impact

**3. TRAINING & VM STANDARD EVALUATION**
- Conduct **VM workshops and training sessions** periodically for store teams
- Evaluate and audit **VM standards** across stores on a monthly or quarterly basis

**4. VISUAL IMPROVEMENT & INNOVATION**
- Stay updated with **visual display trends** to continuously enhance in-store experiences
- Propose ideas to improve **display tools, materials, and layouts** for better space efficiency and budget optimization
