**Job Summary**:
The Industrial Zone Coordinator will oversee the daily business of the DEEP C Industrial Zones business as well as work on improvement projects to enhance communication, collaboration and knowledge sharing. He/she will be the main point of contact for all internal departments. Based on the needs of internal departments, he/she will work with relevant internal to identify appropriate solutions for each request/problem to be addressed.

He/she will report to the Industrial Zones Manager.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day Operations_
Determine priorities, bottle necks, & required actions to ensure smooth operation process of the Industrial Zones
Understand customer needs and identify how we can ensure they are met
Gather support requests & identify the concerns of internal departments plus collaborate with relevant departments to determine appropriate solutions for each request
Draft internal memo, minutes of meeting, memorandum of understanding to ensure good follow up
Participate and join in various meetings regarding ongoing issues at hand
Keep track of planned projects
Reporting (internal & external)
- Admin tasks_
Be the go-to person for questions related to respective industrial zones
Improvement projects
Identify opportunities to improve collaboration and develop a plan to implement accordingly
Take the lead in developing cross-department solutions
- Reporting_
Gather & consolidate monthly reports from relevant departments
Prepare Industrial Zone Coordination meetings
Maintain SharePoint of the industrial zones

**Requirements/Abilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in both ENG & VIE)

- Willing to travel, & to do the site visit

- Preferred qualifications_
Proven experience working as a coordinator within industrial zone
Demonstrable knowledge in using Power apps, CAD, Ps.
