**Job description**:
**1. Product planning, innovation and elevation**:

- Define product requirements and objectives as well as a development roadmap based on business goals.
- Foresee and plan execution of technical infrastructure according to product requirements in each phase of development and growth.
- Constantly looking for ways to innovate and improve product features based on trends and user insights.

**2. Product execution and management**:

- Execute and manage development plan in both back end and front end according to product roadmap.
- Analyse, design and develope backend and API model and structure based on product requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Constantly use data to measure and analyse the effectiveness and delivery of the products/features and propose improvisation timely if required.

**3. Management and Leadership**
- Be part of DIIJAM management team to define strategies and plan for product development according to the business goals.
- Lead and manage Technology team, making sure team is clear of business vision and goals.
- Manage technical related processes to increase effectiveness, reduce cost and minimize risks and setbacks.

**Your skills and experience**:
**Must-Haves**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in **Information Technology, Computer Science**, or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in designing and implementing **HA solutions**.
- At least 2 years of **experience with Kubernetes** and designing protocols using **REST APIs and message queues.**:

- At least 3 years of experience with **Python**, proficient in using SQLAlchemy, Flask, FastAPI, Pandas, and other supporting libraries, as well as writing unit tests and integration tests.
- Experience in deploying HA clusters with PostgreSQL, MariaDB, and RabbitMQ.
- Experience in setting up and using CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with web frameworks such as ReactJS, NextJS, Tailwind CSS, etc.
- Good interpersonal coordination and communication skills.
- A **user-first mindset**: put customer success at the core of every decision.
- A **striving for excellence mindset**: always look for ways for improvement and be solution oriented.
- **Self-motivated**, able to work independently as well as a team

**Nice-to-Haves**:

- Experience in **UI/UX design**.
- Familiarity with **wireframe tools** like Figma, Balsamiq, or Sketch
- **Startup experience** or having launched your own product.
