**Chatbot Development**
- Design, develop, and maintain conversational AI systems (chatbots, virtual assistants, and dialogue systems).
- Implement natural language understanding (NLU) pipelines for intent detection, entity extraction, and context management.
- Integrate chatbots into enterprise platforms (web, mobile, customer service tools, CRM, etc.).
- Continuously improve chatbot accuracy and user experience through reinforcement learning, prompt engineering, and analytics.

**Document Processing AI**
- Build pipelines for **document ingestion, OCR, NLP, and information extraction** (structured and unstructured data).
- Develop scalable workflows for handling PDFs, scanned images, and multi-format documents.
- Ensure high accuracy in automated data extraction, including compliance with regulatory and security requirements.

**AI Engineering & Integration**
- Train, fine-tune, and deploy **LLMs (Large Language Models)** and domain-specific NLP models.
- Integrate third-party AI/ML frameworks, APIs, and libraries (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services).
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

**Research & Innovation**
- Stay updated on the latest trends in **conversational AI, document intelligence, and generative AI**.
- Experiment with emerging techniques (RAG, vector databases, prompt chaining, multimodal AI).
- Propose new AI-driven capabilities to improve product value and customer satisfaction.

Fully Remote Role, Internal Update Meetings (2 times a week)

Pay: 6,500,000₫ per month
