- According to the company's strategic goals, lead the sales team to complete the company's monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and new market development goals;
- Responsible for the recruitment of sales team personnel, training outstanding talents, and enhancing the competitiveness of the team. Train and guide the sales team to improve team sales ability. Cultivate more than 2 new qualified sales talents who can achieve sales goals every year;
- Fully responsible for the sales team's market development, new projects development, key customers management, market analysis and market direction guidance: including customers, products, marketing, business PR, follow-up, implementation, negotiation, close deal, payment, etc.
- Responsible for the sales team to complete 20 effective 30/60/90 day plan per month. Follow up, manage and support key major projects and submit sales project development reports to the director;
- Organize subordinates to hold a sales meeting every week (telephone/online /offline meeting) with meeting minutes and topics;
- Evaluate the monthly KPI of subordinates and propose improvement goals and plans, and submit them to director on time;
- Accompany business trips with subordinates to visit potential projects and key customers. and submit reports to the director;
- Responsible for the customer visits of sales staff, control and manage business trips and sales expenses, update information on CRM system and submit reports to director on time;
- According to market development and customer demands, sales forecast and make timely adjustments according to market conditions; Responsible for handling regional customer complaints, solving problems or disputes, and improving customer satisfaction;
- Keep abreast of market dynamics, deeply understand the latest sales information of related industries and competitors, and provide market strategy basis for the company;
- Other tasks assigned by the directors.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học
**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- Having experience in Chemical Sales (Chemical for power industry is preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Major in Chemistry is preferable)
- Good at Chinese or English (Chinese is preferred)
- Have work experience in foreign companies
- At least 3 years of experience in sales
- Having key customer management skills
- Having market development experience
- Having good negotiation skills
- Hardworking, positive attitude, honest
- Having time management skills and team management ability
