The team manages potential risks to the company's operations and reputation through risk assessments, internal fraud control, employee training as well as the implementation of information technology policy and cyber security tools.
- Be responsible for team performance and team members’ capability.
- Analyze data to evaluate business metrics and set up thresholds to detect fraudulent activities of internal and external.
- Deliver effective metrics to catch fraud behaviors and classify data of fraud to complete and update SOPs/ processes.
- Randomly/ periodically conduct internal audit to attest Fraud Metrics/ Threshold and the practicality of Anti-Fraud tools to have updates timely.
- Coordinate with internal Fraud/ Risk team including local and regional to reconcile Anti-Fraud tools/ metric and support their audit if any.
- Initiate the design and development of tools, techniques, and processes to detect and prevent fraud.
- Being the PMO for any Anti-Fraud improvement tools/ products/ features including collaboration with local and regional teams from end to end.
- Lead Anti-fraud team to become trusted partners for business to provide business solutions in terms of fraud.
- Set up and build an anti-fraud team to catch up and run with business.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in analytical, problem-solving roles in a fast-paced environment (prior experience in fraud/risk domain is preferred)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills focused on improving collaboration, knowledge, and information exchange across various stakeholders.
- People leadership experience is a big plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy and present them clearly and coherently to various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, take quick decisions & recommend effective solutions on a day-to-day basis, always backed by strong data points.
- Adept at wrangling both structured & unstructured data and crunch insights with the help of SQL, BigQuery, Python, R etc., and visualization tools like Tableau, etc.
- Exposed to building statistical models using both unsupervised & supervised learning algorithms is a plus.
