Guest Engagement & Visibility
- Be readily available and approachable to guests, proactively addressing needs and requests.
- Provide accurate information about facilities, activities, and services in a courteous manner.

Guest Satisfaction & Complaint Resolution
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service in line with guest preferences.
- Handle complaints promptly, initiating effective recovery solutions and escalating to superiors when needed.

Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong rapport with regular guests and local patrons.
- Recognize returning guests, anticipate their needs, and personalize their experience.

Facility Supervision
- Oversee operations of the Fitness Room (Gym) and Swimming Pool, including equipment usage and safety protocols.
- Monitor lifeguards, ensuring the health and safety of guests at the pool.

Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Ensure all areas and equipment meet the required standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Keep accurate, concise records of recreation equipment and materials.

Safety & Compliance
- Familiarize and adhere to all fire, health, and safety procedures, including proper evacuation protocols.
- Log all incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.

Administrative & Operational Support
- Process guest reservations and enquiries for activities and events.
- Check incoming items or supplies to ensure correct quantity and quality.
- Assist in implementing structured training programs for the department.

Teamwork & Development
- Provide honest feedback to colleagues, encourage team spirit, and promote collaborative efforts.
- Be prepared to train outside of normal working hours if required (sports/fitness).

Sales & Revenue Contribution
- Contribute to sales activities by promoting relevant services and merchandise (e.g., sportswear).
- Assist in maximizing revenue through upselling and proactive service offerings.

Additional Duties
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Recreation & Activity Manager or Hotel Management.
- Consistently uphold hotel standards, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable guest experience.
