- Provide information about facilities, entertainment options, and rules and regulations.
- Monitor activities to ensure adherence to rules and safety procedures
- Record details of attendance, sales, receipts, or repair activities.
- Sell and serve refreshments to customers.
- Keep informed of shut-down and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Maintain inventories of equipment, store and retrieve items and assemble and disassemble equipment as necessary.
- Schedule the use of recreation facilities.
- Make Decisions and Solve Problems - Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Train and Teach Others - Identify the educational needs of others, develop formal educational or training programs or classes, and teach or instruct others.
- Schedule Work and Activities - Schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as the work of others.
- Monitor Processes, Materials, or Surroundings - Monitor and review information from materials,

events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems.
- Help Kids Corner & Teen Centre, Pool Lifeguard and Beach Lifeguard if need.
- Provide for the Guests the Daily Activities Schedule in a professional way.
- Follow standards, policy and regulation of the resort.
- Prepare and set up Team Building, Bonfire if have reservation.
- Report to Supervisor or Manager.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Minimum of one year experience in relevant environment.
- High school graduate or above.
- Be able to speak, write, read and understand English.
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
- Individual must be out-going, energetic and possess a positive attitude towards the job, fellow team members and the company.
