**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Collect, receive and clarify user requirements
- Write and discuss with users to finalize Business Requirement Specification
- Work closely with the Customer to understand product vision, priority, and roadmap, clarify and manage the product backlog
- Ensure the team understands the product requirements, the plan and the product is delivered at high quality
- Combine UX thinking with design execution, to produce usable and intuitive user interfaces.
- Gather new product requirements directly from the stakeholders and translate them into other deliverables (product specifications, process flows, use cases, charts, etc.)
- Manage the shared document library of the team and the company. Document coordination processes, draw process diagrams, and contribute ideas to improve workflow between teams
- Participate in product testing support to ensure the right output quality as required
- Participate in surveys, collect and analyze requirements and operations from customers/internal companies. Clarify requirements, purposes, design technology solutions with related departments
- Build and manage system documentation: user requirements document, system specification document, feature list, usage scenario list, business constraints
- Support Project Management, work scope definition, report to director and suggest idea to enlarge business projects
- Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by the line manager in order to meet operational requirements.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- At **least 2 years** in IT Business Analyst roles
- Experience in reading, analyzing, developing diagrams (UML and modeling tools, etc).
- Strong strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in software test planning and writing test documents is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as within a goal oriented project team.
- Excellent in writing effective client documentation including functional specifications, process flow maps, and use cases
- Proficient technical knowledge of ecommerce technologies and web development
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and BA Tools (Visio, Axure, Balsamiq, or Figma)
- Good understanding in ERP, CRM system
