**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
Fincorp is the pioneer in Wealth Management Technology in Vietnam. Now we are looking for **Business Analyst **as below:

- Gather business and system requirements from PM/Client
- Assist PM/Client to define requirements and suggest ideas
- Create Business Requirement Spec
- Analyze users' feedback to measure product's effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Assist PM on project scope, estimation and planning
- Act as the bridge between PM/client and dev team (developers, testers, UI designer) to clarify requirement in both business and system analysis view
- Work with QC to verify that all requirements of the system are fulfilled.
- Write testing scenarios for UAT
- Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with client
- Assist Bid Manager in pre-sales support activities especially on analysis phase

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in IT, Business, Computer Science or related field.
- **At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst**:

- Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques
- Have good logical thinking ability
- Flexible, enthusiastic, responsible at work.
- Have a proactive, can-do attitude
- Experienced in Agile methods, especially Scrum models
