**Job Description**:

- Guarantee excellent quality of guest room service (Standard of product: cleaning, setting up, designated room, facilities laundry, PA).
- Manage & ensure all ambassador Housekeeping always follow up of Housekeeping procedure and Hotel's policy.
- Prepared all proposals to working plan in department & maintain hotel's property.

Work Experience
- 5 years or more, experience in the same position in luxury hotels
- Minimum requirement of a Degree/Diploma Holder or an undergraduate degree from in Hospitality.
- Guest service oriented; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Public Relation skill and excellent English & Vietnamese (verbal and written).
- Good Business acumen, Strong Managerial Leadership experience and qualities.
